This was not something I had dipped into yet, and it felt really amazing to be asked to do it. After collaborating on the taste profiles, I wanted to make a really good cookie, not just a pretty cookie. We opted to make our Sprinkle Shortbreads with a delicious filling that would make Mom happy. Opening up an ultrasound that the parents haven&#8217;t seen felt unbelievably private. How could I be holding such huge information in my hand? Like with all my baking the biggest smile came across my face when the client not only reported back the family&#8217;s happiness with the cookies, but they shared pics to prove it.
